No. A website tells people you exist. A system does the work — it tracks the job, sends the reminder and shows you the number. Some of it opens in a browser, but most of it is only ever seen inside your business.
We map how work actually moves through your business and find where it is entered twice or stalls. Then we build the smallest piece that helps — one screen, or one automation — on a fixed quote, and extend it only when the next piece is worth it.
Usually the opposite. Most of the value is in connecting what you already have so it stops needing a person in the middle. We only replace something when it is costing you more than it saves.
It starts smaller than most people expect, because we build the first useful piece rather than the whole thing. You get a fixed quote for that piece before anything begins, and you decide whether there is a second.
